Tunneling SSH over HTTP(S)

Anyone care to put together a pre-compiled version of this?

Or, preferably an application that combines:

SSH Tunneling supporting NTLM for HTTP/HTTPS Proxies
PuTTY-like SSH Client
Combine a VNC, or Tight-VNC Client or X-Server over SSH

I’d like something that I can input a bunch of settings, and it does the tunneling and/or forwarding for the X stuff.
